While reservations did present initial challenges, I was fortunate to experience the property's offerings after significant communication. The hotel's strengths lie in its spacious, soundproofed rooms with stunning views and comfortable beds. The outdoor swimming pool area provides a relaxing atmosphere, complemented by sun loungers and a nearby pool bar serving select refreshments. Guests can also enjoy access to a private beach after a brief but enjoyable ride on their shuttle service-a delightful convenience that enhances the overall experience. Dining options include a restaurant with a diverse breakfast spread, which features both local pastries and international cuisine. Dry cleaning and laundry services are available, ensuring that guests remain fresh throughout their stay. While Black Diamond offers a range of luxury amenities, discerning travelers will note the pricing can vary. It's essential to consider whether the tranquil setting and resort features align with your budget.
